Who We Are

Country Club Day Activity is a Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) Program that offers activities focused on positive work habits, personal care, symptom/medication management, social relationships, community living, use of leisure time, community resource development and other interests to facilitate each individual to achieve the greatest level of independence and community integration.

Our Program

Our program offers a variety of educational and prevocational activities to help our member to grow, change, and recover. Our program is focused on wellness recovery and skill development with a structured curriculum as well as daily activities.

What We Offer

Wellness Recovery

Helping participants function in environments of their choice. Services are provided at the CCDA facility and in the community.

Expansive Facilities

Our 12 acre facility includes a large educational multi-room facility, a recreation center, vegetable garden, goat habitat, and a variety of indoor and outdoor activities.

Skill Development

We provide education and prevocational activities such as community living, personal care, social relationships, and symptom management based on medical necessity.
